This eLetters application allows University Hospitals Morecambe Bay NHS Trust to securely send you letters about your appointments while saving money on the postage costs, if you are willing and able to help us do that.
If we have your mobile phone number and you have not opted out of the service we will send you a link to an electronic copy of your appointment letter. To read the letter just press on the link and enter the one time pin number from the message and your date of birth. If you prefer you could copy the link to a computer browser.
If you take no action within 48 hours a paper copy of the letter will be printed and sent to you in the post.
If you use the link and view the appointment letter within 48 hours of the message being sent no paper letter will be created.
